Dylan is an experienced entrepreneur and professional soccer player with a passion for real estate. Over the course of his 10-year career as an athlete, he has managed to spend 6 of those years gaining experience in the real estate industry as an investor and building meaningful relationships.

Dylan is excited and eager to help CORE make a meaningful impact in the community. As a former attendee of UofL, he has a passion to help grow the city of Louisville.

Dylan currently resides in St. Matthews with his wife, 2 kids and dog. He enjoys spending quality time with his family. Outside of that he enjoys any outdoor activity and attending local sporting events with his family.

KRISTA YOCKEY

Krista Yockey is a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky specializing in industrial real estate with experience in vacant land development and office leasing and sales.

Prior to jumping into the real estate industry, Krista worked in the manufacturing world as an environmental consultant with a Fortune 250 waste service provider, then became Team Leader of the second largest real estate brokerage in the city of Louisville prior to joining the commercial real estate industry in 2019.

Krista is the Co-Founder and President of the CREW Louisville Chapter. She helps guide and coach women and entrepreneurs to think bigger and stay on track to achieve their goals.

Krista graduated top of her class in Illinois State University’s Professional Sales program. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Ian. When they are not out enjoying local restaurants, the two love cuddling up with their cockapoo, Enzo, in their beautiful home in Floyds Knobs, IN.

ALEX ZEGA

Alex has excelled in business partnerships in the medical field for over ten years. His vast connections, business acumen, and drive make him a dynamic leader for the CORE team. Alex dedicates himself to building relationships that better the community.

While representing Stryker Alex was named the Top Sales Representative, consistently outperforming his goal, and leading the charge to create a positive and hard-working environment.

After spending two years on the Golf team at The Ohio State University, Alex graduated Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Finance.

Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, residing in the St. Matthew’s neighborhood. If Alex isn’t with his family, you can find him on the golf course or taking in a local sporting event.

TYLER GIBSON

Leasing & Sales Associate

Tyler is an experienced real estate investor, entrepreneur, and professional soccer player. Tyler brings an intense passion to the CORE team, bringing new opportunities and connections that better our community daily.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Tyler was a four year Soccer starter, capped by a National Championship experience. After college, Tyler began playing professional soccer, and embarking on his journey to become an entrepreneur and expert in commercial real estate investment.

Tyler holds his Real Estate Sales Associate License with the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, Series 65 Securities License with the North American Securities Administrators Association, and his Series 3 License on behalf of the National Futures Association.

Tyler currently resides in Louisville’s Downtown Waterfront neighborhood, not far from his hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee. #12 enjoys playing as a premier Midfielder for Louisville City FC, and spending the remainder of his time developing his commercial real estate skills.

As an experienced real estate investor and senior manager for large multi-national corporations, Matt offers expert insight into the demands of clients’ businesses and investments. After 8 years as a certified Professional Project Manager (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and operations manager in the medical device, tech, and aerospace industries, Matt joined CORE to pursue his passion for real estate and focus on helping others achieve their goals.

Born and raised in Louisville, Matt studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kentucky and earned an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. In his free time, Matt enjoys fly fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and surfing.

Rebecca Kamber

Operations Coordinator

Rebecca has 4 years of experience in commercial real estate. Focusing on the marketing and client services in the office space specifically, Rebecca quickly realized her passion was to help producers achieve their real estate goals and create a seamless process for clients from start to finish.

After attending and graduating from The University of Kentucky, she moved to Louisville where she now resides with her husband, a Louisville native, and together they have 3 young boys who keep her very busy. Rebecca’s hometown is Cincinnati, OH and enjoys cheering on the Bengals with her family.

KENT WEYLAND

Partner

Kent has more than 11 years of experience in real estate, specializing in the acquisition, financing, leasing and management of commercial and residential investment properties.

Kent studied Biology and Religious Studies at Washington University in St. Louis. He then completed his Master’s Degree in Education through Notre Dame’s Alliance for Catholic Education program, during which he served as a full-time teacher in Dallas, Texas. In 2007, he returned to Louisville and continued his education, earning a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Louisville. Kent was recognized by Business First Louisville as a Forty under 40 recipient in 2019.

With training in Education, Public Health, and Urban Planning, Kent provides invaluable insight to the planning/design team ensuring incorporation of design principles that promote vibrant, healthy, urban communities in neighborhood developments.

Kent and his wife Meghan, a Native of Minnesota and graduate of the University of Notre Dame, live in the Highlands of Louisville with their four children.

LEE WEYLAND, CCIM

Lee has over 13 years of experience in real estate. Specializing in the development, redevelopment, sales and leasing of mixed-use properties, Lee focuses on areas in and around the urban core.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University, in 2007 he joined the Weyland Ventures team where he managed the commercial leasing and brand development for a portfolio of over 750,000 square feet of multi-use urban properties. Lee holds the highly coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation that marks him as a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. He specializes in the multifamily, office, retail, restaurant and hospitality real estate sectors.

Lee serves on the board of directors for the Louisville Downtown Partnership, The Healing Place and is President-Elect for the KY CCIM Chapter.

Lee and his wife, Jamie, have three wonderful children and enjoy an active lifestyle.

TYLER SMITH, CCIM

Managing Partner

Tyler has more than 13 years of experience in real estate. Focusing on sales and leasing transaction services in the office, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and multifamily sectors, Tyler uses his unique vision and passion to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.

A graduate of the University of Louisville College of Business, Tyler holds the highly coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation that marks him as a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry.

Tyler has served as President of the CCIM Kentucky Chapter, a President of YREP Louisville, a Director for the board of Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance (KCREA), a Board Member for Louisville METCO Loan Committee, FOZ- Louisville Zoo Board.

Tyler currently resides in Louisville’s Highlands neighborhood, where he and his wife, Casey, are proud parents of two energetic boys.
